You cannot however pick and choose which updates you want you have to take them all, so the only control you have is when they're downloaded. The only way to get manual updating now is if you have Windows 10 Pro (not Home) and use Group Policy Editor, where you can set a policy that will allow you to see what updates are pending before you even tell your PC to download them.
